Greetings, and happy holidays to everyone at BDC! Mom took us all to go see Santa Paws last week; they were doing a benefit for all the homeless pups at the shelter, so she just had to bring us to get our photo taken. We are sending a copy of our picture in to our webmasters for the Christmas contest we think with the five of us all in one shot, we should at least win SOMETHING (Gus says maybe the most well-behaved? Not him!). Of course, we could only have three of us in a picture at a time, so the people at the photo place said they would put the two pictures together I guess that is sort of cheating! But if it comes out, well send it in next week when mom gets it back. Thats me, the Queen on the left on Santas knee, with Tee Jay on the floor below. Taz is on Santas right side with his tongue hanging out, and Gus and Teddy (left and right) are on the floor below him. Mom said it was an experience trying to get us all to sit still at once, but as soon as I saw they had a camera, I sat right up and smiled! The pet people had to take three pictures of Teddy and Gus coz they were SO bad they wouldnt look at the camera. The only way they got a good picture (we hope!) is coz mom called both the bad boys and said who wants a pig ear? Course, after she said that, she had to buy us some coz thats like a major promise that she would never break! I ate mine in the car on the way home it was yummy! If you notice, we are all wearing our Christmas collars, but no bows or other stuff around the neck this year. We begged mom this year not to make us wear stoopid stuff, so she went out and got us all beautiful Christmas collars instead. The two hunting dogs Taz and Teddy got red ones with Christmas lights painted on them, TeeJay got a blue one with snowmen, Gus got a green one with candy canes, and lucky me, I got a beautiful black one with a ribbon on it that's 'broidered with jewels. Just fitting for a queen like me! Happy holidays to everyone, and hoping Santa Paws brings you everything you dream of.
